MaK M 25 C Propulsion and Genset

The in 1996 introduced M25 engine, having a bore of 255 mm and a stoke of 400 mm, is the second smallest MaK engine of the engine programme. This type is available as an inline version with 6, 8 and 9 cylinders. The output ranges from 1,800 kW (6M25C) to 3,000 kW (9M25C) at 720 and 750 revolutions per minute.
